Wilds gonna bring in Deviljho as a DLC and the cutscene gonna be him charging in to disrupt another hunt when you cut the target monsters tail, then another cutscene triggers if you cut his tail off during the hunt and he eats it

tbh when the game starts dropping mantles i take as a sign i’ll be screwed whenever i’ll try to craft something next lol. i just had 2 hunts where the monsters dropped a mantle both on the ground and in the rewards, which surely means i’ll never need either of them

I see now. It seems the glitch is a form of "Arbitrary Code Execution". I have seen it used in Super Mario World to inject code into the game and force it to do things it would not normally do, like creating a red and black pipe that leads straight to the ending, or more extremely, to turn SMW into Flappy Bird and Pokemon into Tetris. What I hadn't seen before is ACE being used in a modern game. It's usually only seen in third to fifth generation console games because they're far less sensitive to crashing when things go weird, and as their coding is less complex, the steps needed to use ACE are simpler.
